Hi, I’m Casey Hart!

I‘m a female tattoo artist, and have been tattooing in Maryland for twelve years. Tattooing is my deepest passion.  I love creating unique and beautiful tattoos for all kinds of people. I mainly focus on black and grey, fine line, mandala, florals, and geometric work. It is incredibly important to me that you feel comfortable and safe throughout your entire tattoo process. From consultation, to drawing, to stencil, to the execution of the tattoo, being thorough and working with intent is always the forefront of my process. It is also the utmost importance that you feel safe and welcome in my chair. I welcome all BIPOC and LQBGT+ clients.

I opened up Foxwood Tattoo Collective to offer clients an unforgettable tattoo experience. After working many years in the industry and other studios throughout my career, I’ve picked up tons of knowledge of the old, the new, the up and coming for everything that is tattooing. My major focus and where some of the industry has lacked has always been on the client experience. I feel our clients are the backbone of the industry and the reason we get to keep creating artwork. They deserve to feel safe, listened to, and feel like they’re being taken care of by family. I love creating life-long lasting relationships with the people I work with. Creating a great experience leads to incredible word of mouth referral, loyalty, and trust. This I instill in all those who work at this establishment and only hire like-minded people.

I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. I have been seriously drawing and painting since I was about 6 years old. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College in 2014. I have received many awards and honors in arts and tattooing.  I pride myself in having incomparable client satisfaction with all 5 star ratings. rates: $300 minimum 700-800 half days, 1200-1500+ for full days
